Day 1
Arrive WINDHOEK, meet & greet by a Spectrum Tour representative. Lunch will be at your leisure (own account). Transfer to Omaruru, where you can enjoy a game drive for about 2-3 hours. Dinner and overnight at the Erongo Wilderness Lodge – luxurious tented accommodation built on platforms. Flight booked by you. (D)
Day 2
Brunch. Depart via Otjiwarongo to Otavi with a scenic visit to the Otjikoto Lake and the Museum in Tsumeb, which displays mineral specimens, artefacts, traditional costumes and photographs of the heyday of the mining industry. Lunch will be at your leisure (own account). Afterwards continue to eastern side of the Etosha National Park. Its definitive feature is the Etosha Pan, which is for the greater part of the year, a bleak expanse of white cracked mud shimmering with mirages on most days. Dinner and overnight at the Mushara Lodge. (B,D)
Day 3
Breakfast. Whole day game viewing in the Etosha National Park. 114 Mammal species are found in the Park, several of which are rare and endangered, such as Black Rhino, Cheetah and Black-faced Impala. Lunch will be at your leisure (own account). Dinner and overnight at Okaukuejo Camp. This Camp was once a German border post. It has a museum and a magnificent floodlit waterhole. (B,D)
Day 4
Breakfast. Full day game viewing in the Etosha National Park. Some 340 bird species have been identified in the Park. Lunch will be at your leisure (own account). Dinner and overnight at Okaukuejo Camp. (B,D)
Day 5
Breakfast. Depart to Khorixas, where you will visit the Petrified Forest, where a cataclysmic event deposited giant tree trunks millions of years ago. An afternoon scenic drive will take you to Rock engravings at Twyfelfontein and the Organ pipes, a mass of basalt slabs in a ravine gouged out by a river. Dinner and overnight at the Twyfelfontein Lodge. (B,D)
Day 6
Breakfast. Depart to Brandberg to see the ‘White Lady’ rock painting (2-3 hours). Afterwards you will drive towards Cape Cross to see the largest breeding seal colony in Southern Africa. Lunch and dinner will be at your leisure (own account). Overnight at the Beach Lodge, Swakopmund. (B)
Day 7
Early morning departure to Walvis Bay for a Dolphin Cruise (2 hours) with champagne and snacks. Afterwards a scenic tour in and around Walvis Bay. On the way back to the Lodge visit Welwitschia mirabilis (a botanical curiosity endemic to the Namib Desert as well as the oldest plant in the world) and Moonlandscape (a scenic lookout point) which are part of Skeleton Coast under Nature Conservation. Afternoon at leisure. Lunch & Dinner will be at your leisure (own account). Overnight at the Beach Lodge in Swakopmund. (B)
Day 8
Breakfast. Depart via Solitaire to Sossusvlei. Scenic stops include visits to Kuiseb Canyon and Vogelfedererg. Lunch en-route will be at your leisure (own account). Dinner and overnight at the Sossuvlei Lodge. (B,D)
Day 9
Early morning departure to see the sunrise over the dunes. Enjoy a picnic breakfast under the trees. Sossusvlei dunes are the highest in the world, some measured from the base to be 325 m high. Lunch will be at your leisure (own account). After lunch you will be taken for a scenic trip to Sesriem Canyon, where erosion over many centuries has incised a narrow gorge about 1 km in length. Enjoy sundowners and a game drive. Dinner and overnight at the Sossusvlei Lodge. (B,D)
Day 10
Breakfast. Afterwards depart to The Duwisib Castle built in 1908 and the Zaris Pas to take some magnificent photos. Return for lunch at your lodge (own account). Afternoon will be at your leisure. Dinner and overnight at the Sossusvlei Lodge. (B,D)
Day 11
Breakfast. Drive back to Windhoek. Lunch will be at your leisure (own account).
Afternoon will be spent with scenic drives around Windhoek. Farewell dinner
will be at a popular Windhoek restaurant Joe’s Beer House (own account). Overnight
at the Windhoek Country Club Hotel. (B)

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport for onward travel. Flight booked by you. (B)
