January :
Reis Magos Zatra to celebrate the Feast of the three kings on January 6 to commemorate the visit to infant Christ.

Feb / March :
The Carnival is a joyous 3-day festival celebrated all over Goa. There is a lot of music and dancing and masquerades and processions are led by the legendary king Momo

April :
The Lairai Jatra in April where the highlight is the fire walking spectacle in the early morning.

Oct / Nov :
Diwali is celebrated by the Hindus. Jatras or temple processions are held in various parts of the year at the temples of Sri Shanta Durga - Ponda (JAN); Shri Hanuman - Panaji (JAN); Shri Mangeshi - Ponda (JAN/FEB) Mardol (FEB); also the Narve Jatra, Bichlim (SEPT); Dindi at Margaon (SEPT); Nageshi Jatra (NOV); Shri Datta Jayanti (DEC).

December :
Feast of St.Francis Xavier, Old Goa; X'Mas all over Goa. The most famous celebration of Goa is the exposition of Saint Francis Xavier's relics once in ten years.
