Day 1
Heathrow/Colombo: Depart this evening on a non-stop Sri Lankan Airlines flight.
Day 2
Colombo: Upon arrival transfer to the Holiday Inn. (RO)
Day 3
Colombo/Kandy: Depart for Kandy visiting the Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage en route. Later visit the Temple of the Tooth and see a cultural performance. Overnight Hotel Topaz.
Day 4
Kandy/Nuwara Eliya: Visit the Botanical Gardens then drive into the hill country, visiting a tea estate en route. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight Grand Hotel. (B, D)
Day 5
Nuwara Eliya/Yala: In the morning leave the hill country for the south coast and Yala West National Park. Afternoon game drive in the park. Overnight Yala Safari Game Lodge.
Day 6
Yala/Beruwela or Negombo: Travel along the south coast to your chosen beach resort, The Riverina or Club Palm Garden in Beruwela; Blue or Royal Oceanic in Negombo.
Days 7-13
Beruwela or Negombo: At leisure to enjoy the facilities at your chosen beach resort. See individual hotels for board basis.
Day 14
Beruwela or Negombo/ Colombo/ Heathrow: Early afternoon non-stop Sri Lankan Airlines flight, arriving home later the same day.
Departures: Every Wednesday
