HOLIDAY INN GEM PARK OOTY
The spectacular Holiday Inn property in Ooty caters to all kinds of tourists rooms with scenic views, camping trips, party junctions, alfresco dinning options.
Nestled atop a hillock, surrounded by eucalyptus trees and tea gardens, Holiday Inn Gem Park in Ooty is an idyllic retreat for the city dwellers of southern India. The hotel is one of the six Holiday Inn properties in India that has seven levels. Interestingly, the first three levels of the hotel are in the basement, with only four levels above ground. The interior of the lobby is a mix and match of different architectural styles. Some of the pillars reflect the temples motifs of South India, while the rest of the portion has beautiful cane decor and furniture. However, the hotel scores brownie points on the panaromic view of Ooty town it offers to guests.
Holiday Inn Gem Park Ooty has 95 well appointed deluxe rooms and suites. All the rooms have spectacular views of the hills as each has a large window facing the Doddabetta Valley. Guests can relax in the sitting area next to the window and soak in the view by sipping aromatic Nilgiri tea. Waking up with the sun you can either have early breakfast or hit the health centre for some cardio and weight work outs.
There is a trainer to oversee the activities so that guests do not View Point and Pykara Falls where tourists can either go camping, trekking, rock climbing or horse riding.
