About Finnish Retreat

The balmy weather makes Finland a favourite with tourists all throughout the year. The country of lakes and islands is ideal for a laidback holiday.

Finland has become all the more popular in India as a holiday destination because of its better connectivity. Finnair is their national carrier and it takes just eight hours from India to Helsinki, the capital of Finland. The country abounds in natural beauties offering ample of opportunities to laze and lounge as well as indulge in some adrenaline rushing activities. It is popularly said that Finland has so many lakes and islands that every Finnish family can afford to own one.

Finland is also home to Santa Claus, the one that gets loads of letters from children all across the globe during Christmas time. His home is in a village called Rovaniemi in the snowy region of Lapland where you will come across the Santa Claus post office. The journey to Finland begins from the Capital city of Helsinki in the south.
