Chor Bizzare at Albemarle Street in London recently completed ten years of its inception. The completion ushers in a series of exciting changes that include a new interior, a new head chef, a new a la carte menu & wine list and some exciting new tasting platters (thalis).
The new interior is reminiscent of its name as the resplendent furnishings and decor have been ed from the various bazaars of India and have been arranged to inspire diners by their surroundings. The interior uniquely represents the bazaar to which it owes its name. The menu of the restaurant also underwent a makeover. The new head Chef Manpreet Singh Ahuja, has collated a unique collection of recipes from different parts of India for his new menu.
