Adventure into the land which inspired Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s novel “ The lost World” Visit the incredible Angle falls and the superb landscapes found in the Canaima National Park, Get a real taste of the Orinoco, Venezuela’s vast hinterland and a glimpse of Indian jungle life.

Day 1
Gatwick or Manchester/Margarita: Depart for Porlamar. Margarita. Transfer to your overnight hotel. (RO)
Day 2
Porlamar/Puerto Ordaz: Morning at leisure in Porlamar. Afternoon flight to the town of Porlamar on the mainland the gateway to the Orinoco. Overnight Puerto Ordaz. (B,D)
Day 3
Puerto Ordaz: Morning visit to a 17th century fort, follower a boat trip on the Orinoco A picnic lunch follows allowing guests the chance to fish for Piranha and possibly see freshwater dolphins. Overnight Puerto Ordaz. (B,L,D)
Day 4
Puerto Odaz/Gran Sabana: Drive to nearby Cachamay Pay to visit Loefling Botanical Park. Take a walk along the CarcRiver (a tributary of the Orinoco) followed by Puerto Ordaz Later drive south into the Gran Sabana region iarnousior gold mining. Overnight at the Gran Sabana Camp. (B,L,D,’
Day 5
Gran Sabana/Santa Elena: Continue south through the savannah & forests of the Gran Sabana region (the area which inspired Sir Arthur Conan Doyle). Visit several local beauty spots on route including idyllic waterfalls. After a picnic lunch, visit a Pemon Indian community where villas-_ still live a simple life in adobe style dwellings. Continue tc Santa Elena de Uairen, close to the border with Guyana. Overnight at Santa Elena de Vairen. (B,L,D)
Day 6
Santa Elena/Amazon/Santa Elena: Head towards the Paratepuy region rich in gold & diamonds. Get a taste of Amazonian jungle with a walk in the rainforest & a visit tc Santa Lucia Pemon Indian village. Overnight at Santa Elede Uairen. (B,L,D)
Day 7
Santa Elena/Canaima: Flight to Canaima National Park. Transfer to Canaima Camp for your final overnight stay. L lunch visit one of two famous waterfalls, the ‘Sago’ or the ‘Yuri’ by boat. Time to relax or swim in the lagoon. An op-. guided walk behind the falls is available Overnight Cana (B, L, D)
Day 8
Canaima/Angel Falls/Margarita: Weather permitting take flight over the incredible Angel Falls (Note: during the ra season Jul-Oct it may not be possible to see the falls full. Afternoon flight back to Margarita & transfer to your chose beach hotel for a further 7 nights. (B)
Days 9-14
Margarita: Six days at leisure on Margarita.
Day 15
Margarita/Gatwick or Manchester: Afternoon transfer fc, your return flight to the UK.
Day 16
