Winner of the Best Pavilion award in the hotels category at SATTE 2008, the Hilton pavilion reflected its new growth curve in the country. Ironically, the timing of the show was also close to its disengagement from the Trident brand, whereby it had lost its only existing presence in the country. Yet the mood was more than upbeat. Hilton Hotels took a central location for its large pavilion and showcased a typical Hilton room. The display reflected warmth, a Hilton room's international and contemporary feel and also highlighted the immediate growth ahead for the chain in India. Incidentally, Hilton has a major tie-up with DLF Hotels. The pavilion highlighted the all-India projects underway, its brand portfolio and had its senior executives available onsite to answer queries.
