The little visited Tarangire National Park offers a diversity of habitats and the permanent rivers attract game all year round. The Park is also famous for its huge baobab trees and breathtaking scenery. So too is the Ngorongoro Crater - a World Heritage Site and a full day exploring the various habitats of the Crater floor will reveal an abundance of resident game species including lion, rhino and elephant.
Stopping at Olduvai Gorge provides the opportunity to learn more about early human ancestors as well as view a fascinating collection of fossils dating back across millennia. Enjoy 2 days of game viewing in the magnificent Serengeti National Park before returning to Arusha by air to save the long drive back over the roads that you have just covered.
