dining is staged at Conrad Tokyo's four restaurants and one bar & lounge.
Cerise by Gordon Ramsay is a casual brasserie offering a variety of scrumptious
home style comfort food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ornaments placed
on the shelves, mirror-screen and glass partitions create a casual atmosphere.
China Blue is Bringing a new and modern style to Chinese cuisine with a wide
selection of tantalising dishes. The restaurant further features a spectacular
8-metre walk-in wine cellar. Three private dining rooms are available with
panoramic views over the Hamarikyu Garden and Tokyo Bay. Chef Albert Tse,
who grew his reputation in Singapore at the renowned Jiang-Na Chun restaurant,
is the creator behind the original nouvelle Chinese dishes. With the traditional
Japanese "Sumie" painting as its motif, Kazahana offers a tranquil and inspiring
