Where To Stay

There are many hotels to suit every pocket and taste in the cantonment and city areas. In Koregaon Park are numerous guest-houses which originally catered to visitors to i the Rajneesh Ashram. Those who wish to experience traditional urban Pune are I advised to seek a hotel in the city. For those arriving in Pune by train, the MTDC has a special hotel reservation chart as well as a booth at the railway station. A similar service is expected to be installed at the airport soon. Note: Places to stay in the cantonment tend to get crowded, particularly during racing weekends; at other times, the atmosphere in these hotels is relaxed and friendly.
