Stone Cottage is set in a small hamlet amongst the rugged and beautiful countryside of west Penwith, with ancient monoliths including Men-An-Tol just down the road. This aptly named, Grade II Listed, end of terrace cottage has views of the sea across the moors from the first floor. Lovingly restored, the cosy living-room has a large inglenook fireplace with a multi-burner and exposed stone walls, and the galley kitchen is fitted in pine. Upstairs there is a maroon and cream tiled bathroom with brass and pine fittings and two pretty floral bedrooms. The front garden has been professionally landscaped and is fully enclosed, and to the rear of the cottage there is a private sheltered garden - ideal for morning coffee. St Ives is ten miles away and the open-air Minack Theatre is close by, as are the galleries of Penzance and Newlyn. The coastal path is on your doorstep and there are several National Trust gardens in the area. A cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot. Please note that the changeover times are 4 pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
