Handsome Perran's Barn stands in the grounds of the Owner's home. Believed to date from the 17th Century, it now provides a perfect retreat for the 21st Century! The reversed level accommodation has views towards Sancreed Beacon, and walkers can enjoy a stroll to Caer Bran Hill or the ancient Iron Age village and fogou at Cal Euny. The barn is approached on a tinners way, a road formerly used to transport tin from Land's End to St Michael's Mount. Accessed through the gardep, the pretty bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor stairs lead up to the open plan living-room, which has a solid oak kitchen and two comfortable leather sofas flanking the wood-burner. The property has a private water supply (tested regularly). A cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot.
