Set on the Owner's organic farm (seasonal produce available at cost) on the Cornish coast, walks are abundant and fresh air plentiful. The appliances and heating are powered by a wind turbine and with a fruit and herb garden and large watercress pond (take care with children) literally on your doorstep, you can be sure of a minimal environmental footprint. The accommodation is contemporary, entered via a pretty courtyard. The entrance hall gives access to the bathroom and an attractive, eclectic kitchen/diner, from which stairs lead up to the bedroom. The piece de resistance is the sitting-room which has been designed with artists in mind. Light floods into this comfortable room and an easel has been thoughtfully provided by the Owner. A baby up to six months is welcome however this cottage is not suitable for toddlers.
Accommodation: Ground Floor Entrance hall with fridge and washing machine. Bathroom with bath, fitted shower, WC and wash-basin. Kitchen/Diner with electric cooker. Sitting-room with digital TV, DVD player, CD player and wood-burner effect electric stove.
