Set in a small hamlet, this pretty little semi-detached cottage is in a very peaceful spot. Besides the front garden, guests are welcome to use the Owners' one acre meadow opposite, ideal for walking the dog or just a quiet sunbathe or picnic. Well located for touring, Falmouth, Truro and the beaches of the Lizard or the north coast are all within a half-hour drive. The sitting/dining-room has a polished wooden floor and a comforting wood-burner, flanked by a pair of terracotta sofas. This room leads into the small but well-equipped galley kitchen. The shower-room next door is well appointed and upstairs (stair-gates provided) the double bedroom, decorated in cream, overlooks the garden.
Accommodation : Ground Floor Sitting/Dining-room with TV, DVD player, CD and tape player and wood-burner. Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Shower-room with shower, WC, wash-basin and washing machine/drier.
