This small but well-equipped self-contained first floor apartment enjoys magnificent views over the Hayle estuary and saltings where swans, egret and several species of wild duck and waders can be seen feeding as the tide rises and falls. Approached by an external iron, staircase and with its own patio, the accommodation is all on the first floor. The sitting/dining-room is decorated in shades of blue and both this and the grey and white fitted kitchen have good views of the estuary. The bedroom is very pretty with coordinating wallpaper and bed linen. The Owners live in the main part of the house, whilst Quayside (11) and a tearoom serving light refreshment (not open every day) are situated in the same spacious grounds. The spectacular north coast and Lelant railway, which runs a shuttle service to St Ives, are both nearby.
