Day 01. Colombo:
Arrival at Bandaranayake International airport and transfer to Colombo. Check in at Grand Oriental Hotel, one ofthe city's colonial hotels. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Grand Oriental Hotel.

Day 02. Colombo-Dambulla:
After an early breakfast drive to Dambula, check into the hotel. After lunch visit to the Dambulla Cave Temple. Built by king Walagambahu in 1 stcentury BC, this is Sri Lanka's most impressive cave temple and is now a world heritage site. The complex of five caves with over 2000 sq. metres of painted walls and ceilings is also the largest area of paintings found in the world. It contains over 150 images of the Buddha of which the largest is a colossal figure carved out of rock and spanning 14 meters. Overnight hotel

Day 03. (01 st cycle ride From Dambulla to Nalanda - 35 K.M -approx):
We start our ride from. Dambulla on a combination of flat roads, both smooth and gravel. Reach Nalanda, home of Sri Lankan spice and herb groves, for visit and rest, before transfering to Matale by coach. Lunch at Matale Rest House.

(02nd cycle ride from Matale to Kandy via Knuckels Range - 40 K.M - approx):
After lunch cycle through Knuckels Mountain range, on a gravel road which climbs up via high plains. Reach Kandy and check in at Hotel Thilanka. Rest of the day at leisure; Overnight stay at Hotel Thilanka.

Day 04. (03rd cycle ride from Peradeniya to Gampola via Galaha 20 K.M-approx):
After breakfast, transfer to Peradeniya by coach. The ride starts from Peradeniya through the ground of the Sri Lanka University of Peradeniya. Gampola is reached by the road running parallel with the Sri Lanka longest river "Mahaweli". This is asmooth road with some slight climbs. Rest at Gampola before continuing on.

(04th Cycle ride from Gampola to Ramboda-34 K.M-Approx):
This ride takes you to the Kandy Nuwara-Eliya road, characterised by steep climbs and sharp bends through tea estates and water streams. The magnificent Ramboda Falls awaits you at Ramboda. Lunch at Ramboda Falls Inn.

(05th cycle ride from Ramboda to Kotmale-26 K.M-approx): After the lunch decend to Kotmale Holiday Resort by a narrow road along the Kotmale Water Reservoir. Check in and overnight at Kotmale Holiday Resort. Rest ofthe day at leisure.

Day 05. (06th cycle ride from Nawalapitiya to Kithulgala-35 K.m-Approx):
After an early breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to N awalapitiya by coach. From Nawalapitiya ride through beautiful country side to Kithulgala, where you can enjoy an optional session of white water rafting. This 02 hour session on grade 4 & 3 rapids is an excilarating adventure. Have your lunch at Plantation Bungalow, Kithulgala. From Kithulgalacoach ride to Ratnapura.

(07th cycle ride from Ratnapura to Bulhthsinghala 40 K.M-Approx):
Continue riding on the flat road to Kalutara through the rubber estates and along the "Kalu Ganga" River. Check in at camp site. Evening enjoy a jungle BBQ dinner at camp site. Overnight stay in tents at Kalutara.

Day 06. Kalutara - Colombo:
After breakfast, check out and drive to Colombo. Arrive and check into the hotel. Rest of the day free to relax or stroll around the avenues of this capital city. O/n Hotel.

Day 07. Colombo:
Early morning transfer to int'l airport to board flight to your onward destination.
